Your traceroute seems normal, my guess is an issue with the Windows firewall or directly from the firewall of your internet box/routeur (with Maniaplanet.exe).

Could be the changed dns ? I have used the google dns (8.8.8.8 e 8.8.4.4.) ,since when today i have restored the automatic choice of dns (obtain dns server address automatically) the problem is almost solved. From the properties of my ipv4 connection (wifi) in network and sharing center of windows 7.
The problem is in my desktop computer , i tried in another notebook using the same modem/router/access point wireless and the connection to the main server of maniaplanet was immediately established, it has windows 10 updated. but it has an integrated intel video graphic board very slow for trackmania and for all 3d games. So i must use this desktop pc.

Yes is strange, now after 2 o 3 retries it connects. Before were needed 20 or 30 retries, the solution is still in development...

I need a direct download url/link to TMLagoon_HD.zip ,because inside the maniaplanet client there isn't a download resume option (like in downthemall in firefox) and it is resetting the download after a while. It's the same problem of before could not connect: cannot connect to the server (12002)

All OK now, and the dns is set to automatic.
