Yeah. Now the third box just says this:

There is no option to select a payment method. I guess I'll have to try again tomorrow.

wagh! just came home from nightshift and there is no payment option anymore

It took me a couple of hours, but I was finally able to get through with Paypal. Now it looks like they are no longer accepting orders.
