hi again,
so the intern has created the new tag from the wrong branch.
That is to say I created the tag from the wrong branch. Really sorry all is well now you can rerun the update scripts and you should be rock & rolling.

Oke I did fresh install and run update.bat but it fails to download the libraries for Expansion any thoughts ?

ooo you are out of quota on github, that was fast.
if you run php composer.phar update --prefer-dist manually it should ask your github credentials which should allow you to have no limitation
It looks like I will need to do a script to help people out to do that. I never thought we would have quota issues this fast.

I never thought it would go so fast, this is stupid
if you have git installed you can say yes to the second question it should work as well.

I have git installed but for the second option yes it gives me the same outcome
