A little long winded but this is how I did it to find out the names of the blocks.
I raced one of nadeo maps and saved replay.
I made a random track and saved is (this is so it shows in file list)
I used mapedit to convert the replay to a map and saved over the random track I maded.
Went back into game and loaded the map (you will notice it wont have a thumbnail image to it) and cut all castle blocks, deleted everything else and paste them back and saved.

I did notice when I played the map because it was from a replay it didn't look right (I think this had something to do with mapedit converting it but if you load a map with castle blocks into mapedit you get the names of the blocks)
If you make a valley map with just a lake and save it and change lake blocks to castle blocks it works perfect.

Some block names I've found so far.

P.S. When first loading a map converted from a replay for some reason it adds random moutains that sometimes delete castle blocks. If you use the undo button it puts it back to original map layout.

If anyone finds any new blocks please list them here for others

Strange they would be in the game but not the editors. I wonder if it was something intended to be unlocked at some point.

Same goes for many other things like the 3D TM Logo , the Donuts and so on. This never happened in older games as it was always "what you see on Nadeo maps you can create yourself aswell!" but strangely not this time and that actually sucks because some of those missing blocks are really great

I do have a map which I built in the pre-alpha which uses a couple of castle blocks. Not sure if there are any new ones for you, but perhaps you can have a look and see if there's something you can work with:

(driving one replay and converting it to a map file should do the job here too)
