Ha! this looks like you had 3D drivers installed ("Vision"). Uninstall that only.

I did indeed, uninstalled them now but it's still not working :/

You don't have the Shield by chance? Because also here users have reported issues.

This did the trick, both fullscreen (all resolutions) and vscync are now working fine. And the game feels a lot smoother now.
