kill some process seems useless, the only thing to do to free a good amount of ram is to restart pc/windows 7, can u help me? to avoid restart, what can i do? I have no more ideas. my hard disk is almost full and a restart takes much time. even if i use diskeeper to defragment.

Is it the same, if you only start your PC, and only use Turbo for some time. Close it. wait some time, start it again and use if for some more time, and so on, without using any other application.
Just to find out if Turbo itself is not part of your issues.

I tried and it doesn't depends from tmturbo. Now i try to exclude applications i usually use (for many hours per day) ,each per time. To check if one of them creates that behaviour in windows7 ,a slow down lag. It doesn't seems a matter of an amount of free ram reported in some programs like task manager.

I found how to clean up ram and avoid a pc/windows 7 restart :
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Windows-7-Cache
Part 1 - cleaning memory cache.
No more fps drops or slowdown now.
It is useful and important for all games and programs. My pc has 4 gb ram.
