The thing is, as soon as there is an issue, it is always on our side - on the players - where it causes trouble.
Who or which part of the game or around game tool software is really the cause, doesn't matter much,
as long as they find it and fix it before people are too much frustrated.
But I see this more and more that people only want fast and short fun,
and that they are not really ready to wait for some patches, well knowing that some issues already have been acknowledged.
Instead they blame everyone and everything - except their own system, which can also be pretty much the cause for some trouble (even if it works fine with "everyhting else"), and directly ask for refund.
refund is a good right, but normally a change to fix things is also allowed.
And we are still speaking of a game.
If it is not working 100% like expected or like it should, it's certainly not good, and depending on the issue sometimes even sad and ridiculuous, but it is still a game. Nothing really important depends on it - for individual players.
