On nc1.eu you can`t host music, because they don`t wanna have troubles with author rights and stuff

The problem isn't the relation to Trackmania. Problem is that it is non-free music. I wish you good luck with finding a provider, who let's you host those files. They'll be deleted one day. And in worst case, they'll give a highe fine to you. This could also happen to me, because those files are placed on my server, if you upload them.
