Low Quality textures?

Try to set the "Shader Quality" to "Very Nice".

I had the same problem with a HD5770.

It's a graphic driver setting, that needs to be changed.

The solution:
Catalyst Control Center
Gaming > 3D Application Settings > Mipmap Detail Level.
The slider should be to the far right (quality).

Thanks, that worked! But I didn't found it were you said it should be. For me I had to right-click the catalyst icon in the taskbat, choose my graphic card, go to 3d settings and there I found the MipMap settings
