I think normal 1. cam is best. TMO environments should have enough cams for all, but improving isn't bad thing

It's the best of what we have NOW. It's not the best cam for all situations. For example, I, personally, DESPISE the way the loopcam works. I would love to implement a camera at the distance of cam 1, but followed your car when you were hitting a loop or halfpipe jump, instead of leaving you stuck outside the loop. The cockpit view is too disorienting for me.

This is a fantastic idea. Not just the ability to customize a single preset though, but to customize multiple presets. For instance, RPG drivers would love to customize a secondary camera angle that would allow them to quickly switch to a rearview 3rd person view of the car... for those parts of the track where you are in a tight spot and need to reverse, but you have no room to switch to cam2 and reverse to get the camera to swing around.
