You will have to launch one of the demo, like Shootmania Elite on Uplay. The idea is that you need to login with your Maniaplanet login in the environment where you bought Trackmania Turbo PC.
But maybe there is an issue on uplay. Tell us.

The issue is I can't find schootmania in the ubisoft game store
so how do I get it to install in Uplay ??

i cant use any beta
they all tell me "Could not retrieve your graphic device performance. Automatic graphic quality may be inadequate." and they all dont start
!!! REALLYYYY GREAT
