Indeed it is a question of focus, but the sharp point is on a location we don't see...

game is dead, development stopped and never will be updated again no matter how big bug you will report

As I recall, Turbo was intended as a one time "as is" release, for the most part.
I would think someone wanting more would have to wait and hope for a " TM Turbo 2" release someday, or a possible future port into ManiaPlanet. (which I'd find interesting)

"Even if all players abandon TM Turbo, we will still know beter what players wants" - this should be the Ubi/Nadeo motto.
