There should be a better way for find it because not only this is annoying but confusing too.

are you using Maniaplanet the latest version?
otherwise you cannot use newer title packs.
on the other side, not all older titles are updated for Maniaplanet version 4.
from your screenshots I see that you are only in the mania flash section, these are news.
go back to the main menu.
click on a empty station, then select "install from the store", and then browse foot stadium titles, there you should find it.
