At the moment, I summarize the situation:
Installation of a new HD (solid state) which were completely BLANK;
Complete re-installation of Windows 10 from an USB pendrive
Complete re-installation of the whole bunch of microsoft updates
Installation of the Nvidia and Realtek drivers
No other antivirus except microsoft bundle stuff
Complete reinstallation of TM Maniaplanet client (with last mandatory updates)
No personal files/tracks neither other downloaded packs nor mods which I have left waiting into an external drive

So, this is the same situation I would get If I reinstall all the stuff another time
I have no other game installed, then no possibility of conflict between different configurations.

However, let's try to reinstall... I've got no other chance Maybe I'll throw all this mad things into the river behind here and bring back my old Commodore 64

Oh man! I loved my old C-64 back in the day!
I've still got two of them in a box with a tape drive, 5.5" floppy disks and the Amiga 500.
I keep thinking about digging them out one day for a little 20kb trip down memory lane.
(I think the thing was 64k total memory with 20k left to use after the OS)
Wrote my first game program on one of those.

Re-installation completed!
The game works fine...
Now I'm installing all the other programs one by one, verifyng if there is one that conflicts whit MP.
Nothing found so far.

Good news!

And finally....I'VE FOUND IT !!!!
That badass is a little, tiny portable program to help inserting long strings of text by short keycodes... (which I use at work)
It's name is <texter> and after the first use I noticed slow responses from keyboard and some strange errors and letters swapping...
In a hurry I've launched Maniaplanet and OMG !! The car began to turn left and fire itself with no chance of control...
Then I've totally erased the program from memory via the task manager and magically all funcionalities were restored!!
At office, my system works with windows 8.1 and I've noticed no issues
Probably that little program is not optimized for windows 10. I don't know...

And now what can I say? Thank you all!
Have nice hours of play and let's have a beer to celebrate...

Maybe a possible replacement is https://www.autohotkey.com/, which I use on all my desktop PC's (home, work...).
