Another nickedit update

Thanks to reaby we are now able to do even more with the editor. It's now easier than before!

- You can now click a special character instead of copying it, it will be added automatically
- You can now click on a basic color or formatting to add the $ code
- There is now an editing line and live output line for easier and faster editing
- You can now use the integrated scroller to view special chars

My nickname code is not imported correctly, the editor is showing 10 less characters in the code than what I have introduced in Maniaplanet. Also, in Maniaplanet there is 1 spare character spot, so your tool seems to short it in 11 characters.

I did not use your tool, I had already made it directly in Maniaplanet profile.
I was hoping to find more characters, some Unicode that I have found on the web are shown as a square in Maniaplanet:
ᴮᵃ (smaller)
PÊ€ (small caps)
Is your tool displaying every character avaiable?
