But it must hard, when you join a server and a map use a 100mb mod, so it first must download it and before is finished the map time is out of time and the next map was loading... ^^
Better is to know which mods on a server is used to download it manually before you join the server.
To the Textures: it not only the dirt car texture, the skidmarks are brown like dirt too and couldn't changed only for one map. Too bad.

For all its beauty, there still are limitations as to what Canyon can do.

That being said, nice mod!

As soon as I get some time I'm snagging this one for sure--once you put it up of course

This should be fixed for the release. Except maybe the DirtCar which is attached to the car model and not the environment.

That's what I thought. I just wanted to know if it's possible. It's obviously that you coloured the DirtDiffuse.dds of the CanyonCar, I'm no noob.

OK just spent the entire day dusting out my PC (really need to invest in some dust filters:/), So now i have chance to upload the mod; Not sure how long it'll take since it clocks in at 87MB.

I really hope that "Maybe" will lay by another side and make DirtCar changeable by environment mod, because dirt it is a part of environment not the car, just imagine Snow, Dust, Grass, Dirt, Sand.... Please, Dear Fix, make this thing possible !!

For example, you can separate dirt RGB, and dirt Alpha, leave Alpha mask texture with car skin, and RGB diffuse texture of dirt place to environment textures folder... is it possible?

We can make another Alpha channel in separated Diffuse texture (in environment folder), this Alpha mask will control the "Stickyness" of dirt(grass,snow....), and we can combine that "Stickyness" Alpha mask with Car dirt mask ("Stickyness" * car_dirt_mask = ultimate dirt mask), to get full controllable ultimate dirt mask....

Just spent 3 hrs uploading it to find its rejected it because one of the screenshots is 10 pixels too big. FML.
