Sorry to piggy-back on this thread, but I am also having this error, saying the creator is not validated.

-I am able to transfer planets to my server via the "#mailto=SSTRacingTM2" and it will go through just fine.
-I am able to transfer planets via the "https://www.maniaplanet.com/account/dedicated-servers" and it will go through just fine.

I am not able to transfer planets in-game while connected to the server due to:

"master server error: (2) Transaction cannot be created : creator is not validated."

I have checked to make sure my validation key is correct in the "dedicated_cfg.txt". It is correct.

I have re-issued another key, just to make sure. I have activated the new key and updated it in the "dedicated_cfg.txt"

As I have stated before, the key works for all other transactions, except on the live server - while in game.

Controller : PyPlanet

I am at a total loss here, does anyone have any other suggestions that might help?

Hey, I'm hosting a few servers for other people and myself and noticed this issue appearing when a new validation code has been issued, it's as if the master server doesn't accept the new validation code for servers, while the validation code gets accepted for ingame for the player.

Server Login: chris92-dev2 - Can donate on server with old, known-to-work validation code - Controller: PyPlanet 0.8.2
Server Login: nordplays - Cannot donate on server with newly reset validation code - Controller: Pyplanet 0.8.2

Can one of the Nadeo devs please check the issue here?

We did a fix. For players encountering this issue, could you generate a new validation code and use the new one? Normally this should fix your issue.

unfortunately I also have the donation problem on all my servers.
After changing the Valid Code several times it is still not possible to donate.
Error still "Transaction failed" "Internal Error

To be absolutely sure i ask this question:
You have send planets to the login of the servers first i assume (by your playerpage or ingame mail) and still got the errors youve shown above ?

Yes, that's correct, the whole thing hasn't worked for some time and has been done without any changes in my settings.
If you have a solution please tell me

I was kinda hoping you had not done that yet, then the bug might be really fixed,but now i am afraid its not fixed yet.

I adviced a few people to create new serveraccounts and try again the whole procedure:
Send planets to the login of the server and then try to donate.
That sometimes help, so you might concider that one, at least with one server.

I contacted a few persons but all before the fix and suggested to create a new dedicated server account on the player page, because the donation bug does not happen all the time. And fortunately for these people it helped. But sadly that trick does not work for everyone such as TMmivhi
