Maybe easier to show in a video what i am doing. This is the process i am going through every single time. And nobody can join. I don't know if I am missing something.

This ingame server seems to work best only for local network play.
I think it would be better to use the dedicated server instead.

Windows 10?
Look at the Windows Defender options (search for a controlled path access). it can blocks many softwares and games or restrict only some modes.
And you dont need turn it off this function, just adding Trackmania / Maniaplanet launcher to the exceptions allows using the game in full potential.
