Unfortunately, i miss some features from the Java IDE.
The autoformat works but you cannot configure it as well as with Java.
I really miss the powerful refactoring options thatt you have for Java (refactoring class name, method names etc.), but that's normal given the poor typing of PHP.
I miss a "organise use statements" just like the "organise imports" of Java, but that normal too.
I miss the automatic getter/setter code generation.
The debugger is extremely powerful, just like with Java, but it's a bit tricky to get working.
But all those small caveats does not change the fact that PDT rocks hard
