You can't change the physics of the car in TM.
Only the skin or 3d model.

Np mate ... With TM all cars go the same speed and this cannot be altered. What sometimes feels like a slower car is really only the brains perception of it. A high vehicle 'looks' like it bounces and rocks around more but it doesn't. What the eye sees deceives the brain and the brain tells you to act so you tend to brake to stop crashing. The engine sound can also effect your driving is its too 'soft'. As always, this varies from player to player.
