is your IP (the public one seen by nadeo masters) known by all DNS ?

do you have a webserver runing on it ?
if so , it should be ping-able
(ping ipofyourserver -t )
precc ctrl & c when seen enough
for example ping 123.45.67.89
or ping http://www.mydomain.net

if u use debian 6, and its a brand new server u might just install the latest
php mysql and apache stuff relative easy.
as superuser do following commands (after backing up your server)

aptitude update && aptitude upgrade

aptitude install mysql-server mysql-client

aptitude install apache2 apache2-doc

aptitude install php5 php5-mysql libapache2-mod-php5

aptitude install phpmyadmin

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
after that your server should be on the latest stable releases.
(do only if u know what u are doing)
all of the latest installations should ask u for passwords, use save passwords !
on a normally 100mbit connection this should not take longer then 10 minutes all in all

to make your server secure - go to the websites of the products to see lates security advices

My server ping correctly.
I have update all package on debian with apt-get update and apt-get upgrade.
Yes i have a Web Server installed and he works perfectly.

But the problem persist.

Edit :
I have others servers in others games and they works ! (GTA SA:MP and Minecraft), why TM² doesn't works ?....
I have tried to change the ports, no effect :(

I don't understand :s

100 mb sys memory ? is this a fail of the serverscript or real ? in my case the tm2 server uses 230 mb + even if this must not be the reason - it would not be enough memory to run a tm2 server
