is there a bug fix for the fast / very fast without carlights problem on the way ?

There are 2 problems:
if u want to see the underbody lights , u need shader set to fast / very fast, but then the car lights do not light up the road .
tested on Radeon hd5770 / radeon 4870 - but i think it on most or all other cards too.

You are indeed right .... hopefully they'll have a remedy/update soon
