None of you have mentioned anything about the TrackMania stlye of this. Being able to create custom guns via choosing gun clip size, damage size, spread size, explosion/none, and basic detail customzation of it. With customizable maps as well so that you may join a game with Only rocket launcher mega fast endless clip match that is just a giant barren waste land with one lone rooftop to control for the easiest kills. Or perhaps something terrible such as One rouned per chamber Pistols that only kill at headshots in a giant city stylized map where everyone is sneaking around. Melee attacks are A MUST!

I think the maps will be custom, not the guns! The "Trackmania style" is that everyone has the same equipment.

Same here. Would be pretty unfair if you (e.g. in a match) are playing against a team with customized weapons. So the have a sniper equipped, which is in reality a mg.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the guns will all be the same. That would be like letting you make your car go faster in TM...

Yes or the game could be forget after 1 week.
Maybe they develope FPS but leave to the servers admin to decide if a map can become persistent.
Like in the managerial games, hmmm, like Open Transport Tycoon, where when you launch the server it saves all on a file and you can choose to get it persistent or to auto change to the next map in the list when the mission is completed.
In this way a server can have always their usual players and community.

Hope they will not do again the ERROR to divide players and limit the servers capacity, all official servers must be full, or the admins will be discouraged when see their server empty after 1 month.

-custom created NPC with aggression meter. (allies enemies, and unarmed dummies)
-monsters, zombies, nazi, terrorist, sci-fi masks, cowboys, hooded (to fit the enviro)





low priority:
-a PS3 and 360 version like you did for wii

This two things sounds nice and i'll also prefere a single mode, to train a little bit. And i'm pretty sure this will be done, cause you got the offline modein TM.

In case of Shootmania,i think it looks really promising to, if the maniaplanet thing is finally stabalized under the PC Gamers, to set up another versions of this game. But i would deny versions, which are only for this consoles. It would be way better, to integreat this players in Maniaplanet aswell and allow them to play against the PC users.

No PS3 and 360 version for sure!
And no Nazi please, this is a sign of unrespect to france and Germany, think of Hylis Grand-Father who surely had place in this bloodBath.

Sorry Only the bots mod is a good idea.

as reading the posts it looks to me close to counterstrike which is a nice game but for me it is very sad to see these ideas.

Hmm, seems that SM will not be like that topic says, Nadeo wants something new!
