damn the topic title my first screen was this one, first seen it in november of 2008 in a magazine:

I actually remember my first encounter with Trackmania quite clear, I saw my cousin play Trackmania Nations ESWC, and I immediately thought it looked cool. He doesn't play it any more though, but I've kept playing for over three years now =)

(I think my cousin were driving some LoL-tracks at the time, which were cool with all the stunts and loops, but I don't play those kind of tracks a lot any more ^^)

My first screen was this one here =)

This was the first picture that I seen in a magazine which includes also the TM demo, that I played for some months. It was August 2004, and I've tried some hacks to "unlock" Rallye and Snow, unsuccesfully Then in June 2005 I bought TM Sunrise after a month with the demo. One year later I bought the first TrackMania and upgrade it to Original, and then I also downloaded TM Sunrise eXtreme, TM Nations, bought TM United and TM United Forever and, obviously, TM 2 will be my at day one (if I'm still alive, do you think TM2 will be available for 2070?...)

and if I posted here, it is because I am making screens at the moment, and I was thinking of our very first old screens, like the oldest one

The first screen I saw of TM was actually now screen.
It was a picture of TMOin the c't-magazine. There was just a snowcar and and the normal road on it.So kinda boring. andn when I noticed, that there are no collisions in TM I thought: " no collisoions... sounds too borgin"... so didn't want to have the game

But when TMs came out I played the demo and was totally convinced from it. Only the Track-editor of the demo forced me to build like 10 pages of maps. fortunately
