I don't understand this. Game producers complains that piracy rate is very high, but when an user PAY for the game they refund the money
How hard can it be to contact an user and solve an issue?

Cerovan is in vacancy this week and it's more a problem from Metaboli. If you haven't an answer Monday, please send a PM at Cerovan.

It's 100% a problema of Metaboli, they refunded me. Thank you for the advice, I will follow your suggestion.

Already done this, the pm was sent yesterday - he asked for the order ID of the game.

I still wasn't contacted by METABOLI. I have one question: if I buy a new license for fozoms so that he can reactive his account - what's the chance of getting another (unwanted) refund?

They just issued a refund for the second game, this is becoming more than annoying. If you have a more "personal" email contact from METABOLI (except support, they don't seem to answer to that) please send it to me in PM - if that's not forbidden, of course. Or any other contact that can help me solve this problem.
