Imo isn't official, look at the "Canyon" font.

It's still an official page. The welcome image is still hosted on Ubisoft servers, therefore Ubisoft owning the page. The old font? I never liked the old font, new font looks superb.
The smoke is new, maybe they added it so we can't edit the image.

Haha, well, if you get the original file somehow, you can take out the smoke, LOL
