For the 3D strength : here's a tip that will help you work around the issue.
Use the display size setting : tell the game you have a bigger display. The bigger the display the smaller the effect of the strength slider becomes, you'll then have more latitude to tweak the strength setting.
The game doesn't remember the display size setting though, so you'll have to set it every time you restart the game.

I assume you mean in the 3D glasses settings options menu where the size is CM/INCH?BlackShark wrote:For the 3D strength : here's a tip that will help you work around the issue.

So what size would you recommend on my TV 23" or will it just be Trial & Error?

Yes, that's the setting I'm talking about.
The only thing this setting does if scale the effect of the 3D strength slider.
Do it with trial and error : put the 3D strength at about 90~95% and increase the display size setting until you find you are roughly good with the 3D effect : use big and nice round numbers like /50/60/70inch etc... because you'll have to punch it in every time you restart the game.
Then use the strength slider to fine-tune the 3D effect setting, you'll get the smallest strength steps the game can provide.
