The part he pointed to is where you choose block variations in tm2unlimiter. But it might not be that either...

oh ok, I have never used Unlimiter so I would not know about it. 
also, there is another block in the easter egg block folder. I can't really make it out though.

But it's still in the wrong place. Podium Folder is the last one.

it's weird though. if mpbc = ManiaPlanet Block Customization like you said, it makes sense that they would have joined on april first with only one post, but what about the youtube account?
