As an answer to the initial question it has been confirmed on the official twitter that the game will be sold around 20 euros.

i notice that a lot of people don't know the meaning of an esports game.

so if i'm right you will not be able to create custom skins, neither will you be able to buy upgrades or anything.
if they really want this to be an good esports game they will keep it simple, everyone gets the same weapon and players on the same team will look the same, they will focus on teamplay and tactics to see which team is better. just like in cs, quake, enemy-territory.
