2 months later. This is not a bump ^^

I have gone back to TMU and not been following TM2 any more and just wanted to check if anything has been done in direction of cross envi servers ? Anybody know anything ?

hylis mentioned it several times I think, but really nothing new.

I wouldn't expect it until Valley. Certainly there's been nothing new in-game about it yet.

As far as I can tell it looks like they're planning it, they haven't forgotten it, but they're not going to do it until there's more than one finished environment for TM2. Otherwise, you've got this: I'm going to make a cross-environment server! With Canyon and... Canyon! And Canyon, for good measure.

And since they are really busy working on Stadium and Valley, I wouldn't expect to see it till after Valley either.

For the moment it's technically impossible since there's only 3 different environments.
I, announce directly that I won't pay to play Stadium since I can do it for free... but I will play Valley for sure.
So, if they cross environments, how will it work if I want to join a server that has Canyon/Stadium/Valley maps together ?

I can only join Canyon/Valley servers.
By that, it means it can work only by game titles like for ShootMania for example. (They won't create ShootMania Elite Storm and ShootMania Elite <"Write New Enviro Here">)

Or you think TrackMania² Platform is gonna stay with Canyon solo maps ?
