Team chase, what is ?

I can't reproduce the bug, but I have done a lot of changes in my version of the script that might have fix the problem already. If you have a screenshot of the script error popup it would help me to find the bug.

Since today's update and just sometimes, the flag only is displayed over the cars, the blue/red background doesn't appears and it's quite disturbing
Can you add the red/blue color please ?

it's so so close to it working perfectly, The tags are a step in the right direction but sometimes they fail to appear altogether, therefore, you don't know if it's an enemy overtaking you or not, it causes great confusion.

On a positive note, The rear view camera is very helpful!

I should be more clear ^^ tags on or off is not the problem, it is the fact that even with tags turned on, they are a bit "glitchy" after the latest update, sometimes they don't show for a few seconds.

Btw, After the latest update, you will be pleased to know that you only see tags from your own team now ^^

Doesn't having all the tags on from both teams make it harder for you to see where your driving?
However, it would be nice if you could choose which tags are displayed, instead of simply on or off.

that is because when your at the same point as others - it will hide opponements.
if you start the game with the laucher you can go to Configure > Advanced > Game
Change setting Opponents to Always Visible.

You may also choose there if you want to see Only the name, Only the Avatar or Both
and change the size to your comfort.

Nope, that is still not the problem ^^ It happens when far away too, (other people have said this also). And it's also not the maximum opponents count that is the problem either.

I can confirm that in Shootmania too since the 2015-02-10 update, sometimes visible from far away players and not from near one, and sometimes vice versa.

Yes it was harder to see where i was driving before the update but now it's much more harder to see who is my ally or enemy since the update. I don't really understand how the new update could help me to distinguish the teams

Rear view is the freelook button
Options / Inputs / Player Inputs / "FreeLook"

something weird is going on with your tags xD
