There are none to be downloaded manually, because the patches are always installed automatically.
You should have seen a corresponding message in Uplay, but perhaps you have not paid attention to it or it went so fast that you did not even notice anything.
Start the game, go to the inputs menu and here you go, it should work.
If not, please describe precisely what you are trying.

Its working? U can change keys for gamepad? I want to buy a game but without this - no way hose.
