Rules for RoC servers and explanations for ladder servers

you can see 7 servers running with ROC in their name and 4 dead servers with ROC in their name.

From the above mentioned topic there is 1 server with ROC dead : dn_9
There are also 2 servers running with ROC in their name which are not in the list: lrtadrenaline and funtasticc2.

I know its pretty busy for you (with all those upcoming gaming events) so i hope you have some time to change it at least in this topic http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 330#p91330 to avoid misunderstandings

Untill the end of decembre?
So that means Killer RoC & My RoC server got only 3 months?
Maniac, Smurfs,.. got already over a half year by then..

Dont forget that this sunday ROC will start at 16.00 CET (15.00 GMT) and not as before on 17.00 CEST because of the summertime change in Europe. So when you think you can sleep 1 hour more, you will lose 1 hour to prepare for ROC

I am afraid something went wrong today with the serversettings from the tacserver1.
As you can see it was possible during ROC to play with 12 players so i hope the serveradmin there can change it. I also heard from players who played there, all players received points. (11 to be exactly )

As i said before in a previous post: i am sure all admins do their best to make a good roc server, so it must be a tiny mistake of the tacserver1 which i hope can be corrected by the admin.

(in the colomn players you can see /8 for all roc servers instead the tacserver1 which has /12 players.

I'm sorry for this issue, it won't happen again, the reason is very simple.
I was at the Paris Games Week for ESWC Canyon. I totaly forgot about RoC, it won't happen again.

How difficult is it to be consistent ...?
I'm getting a mail saying that the ROC has been discontinued for my server (Race of Smurfs).
I understand that we've had it for 5 months, but then don't put on the forums that we'll have an ROC till the end of December 2012: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=268&t=8981

I would have been nice to know this before, so we could have done a last ROC-day on our server (like do it good and end it at the end of the month, or something ... not with another weekend in the month to go).

I cannot speak for the other server(s - ?) that were announced to stop before this weekend, but I can proudly announce that "Race of Smurfs" will be open for one more weekend, on 25 November 2012.

I've just requested Cerovan to put us back on the waitinglist, so it will be waiting for an RoS server after this weekend till ..no idea when.. ^^

I'd like to thank everyone who has driven on Race of Smurfs for the past 5 months and wish them luck in searching for a different RoC server for the next 3 or 6 or 9 or 12 months ^^

Cerovan said that he will close the RoC server after the ESWC in Paris, so now it's done it seems?

In that topic you could also see until last week, 6 servers had ROC until the end of december! No talking about Paris there

The discussion was about a sudden stop of ROC of 2 servers without the opportunity to say goodbye and inform all regular visitors roc was over on our server. We got that chance now from Cerovan and for that we are thankful

So discussion about that is closed, at least for us. We want to thank all players who visited us, and we hope to come back soon with a new rotation.

There is 6 servers, not 7 ^^

And if i kept 2 servers it's to be sure to don't have any issues at the beginning of the new rotation, i'll close them in November (around the week after the Paris Games Week)
