In my opinion, this should be the primary place for posting any news instead of their FB page :/

Agreed!!

Except I also think having a presence on Facebook could raise awareness for this slew of new games... and could potentially drive a lot more players to the game, which = $$$ for Nadeo... always a good thing. We want them to be very successful so that we get many Titles in the coming years.

If Nadeo doesn't create a presence of Facebook, someone else will. It's best if they create an official and central hub/group/whatever for all TM2/SM/QM players there.

Facebook can't be denied... it is a major part of people's lives (of all ages), and recommendations from friends (word of mouth) is one way for the game to really go viral (just look at Minecraft!). I think that will do more than any traditional advertising ever could.

Having a place on Facebook where you can point your friends with the latest news about the game (pictures, trailers, etc), it seems like a good idea to me!

Of course I think the "exclusive news" should always be shared in this forum as well (and I'm sure it will). We've all been here since the start.

I'm sure whatever they say on Facebook about exclusives is just marketing hype. I wouldn't worry about it.

Anyway, that's going a bit offtopic here. Sorry about that.

I don't (won't) have a fesse book account, so i hope that there won't be any info there that isn't here, as i won't be able to edit the first posts of the news topics then.

I'm pretty sure, that the all the new stuff is primarily posted here in this forum or on other community-sites. Not on facebook or only later on
But if there is something important on facebook, that is not posted here, then someone will do it. If it's important, you will get to know it because you cannot prevent the info from being spread through the community

You're not the only one who doesn't have a facebook, Knuts... I don't either.
