It does work, if you read the readme.txt in the zip file, it is described what to do

Those are really cool.
I've be into making tracks for the Canyon Car in Valley lately (I like the physics) and these pieces will be a lot of fun to use. They remind me of the banked blacktop blocks in Desert.
