I don't know if this is the right place, but what about a dedicated Mania Exchange server with all the maps or, at least, the less used ones?

There were plans for something similar. But we're focusing on PPO.

Welcome to PlayPal On-Line.
This is a system to get your tracks played on a special TMNF server.
Here is how it works:
First make sure you have a TMNF validated account by entering a valid replay on your own account on your account page.
Start by selecting one of your tracks already uploaded to TMX, and you have now joined in the PlayPal On-Line system.
You will recieve an initial Karma rating of 1.00
Alternatively join the on-line server and 5 tracks will be added for you automatically.
Play on the server and you will increase your own Karma rating, the Top20 rated tracks can be found below.
When you gain enough Karma, your track will appear in the Top20 list, and when it reaches number 1 spot will be the next track that gets played on the server.
You will lose Karma to other drivers of the PlayPal On-Line system when they play your track on the server.
The server will only host PlayPal On-Line tracks. It runs a special plugin which constantly talks to TMX. The server can be found under UK, England.

I would so love a button or feature on the site that selected 10 random tracks or something to display on a page for download.
The idea came to me while I was playing Super Meat Boy's Online Maps which can randomly choose like 20 levels for you to play on based on a difficulty you selected.
I just thought it might be a nice addition for those who want to play Hotseat Mode with friends and want it to be fair by getting 10 different maps none of them know of.
Of course, this was just a quick idea and is probably pointless since people can just arrange it by something like newest and pick from them ones and it will add some illusion and randomness to the tracks.
Still, loving the site and hope to finish my creations for it at some point...like when Questmania comes out along with Half-Life 3 and Shenmue 3

There is a Random Track Button on MX where it takes you to a random track if you click it. It's on the Find Tracks drop down menu.
