Sounds like a usefull information to make results more clearly in competitions

I think it's good, In TM it was often needed, especially in Stadium, sometimes 2 players had the same time, but won only 1 person. This will solve some micro-problems.

milliseconds are 0.001, and 0.01 are centiseconds
