P.S. I didn't press any camera buttons... Starting in canyon does the cutscreen, but no car on starting line...
Please try the camera buttons!
I have just tried the camera buttons... No effect...

Should i just reinstall ManiaPlanet again as a last resort? :?
Thats bad indeed.

I don't think a reinstalltion really would solve it, but if you don't mind, it is worth a try.
Please report regardless of the result

Lol yet, I tell you this much, if you took TM United guy, and get this, took the blocks that are available, and mixed them for me, including the probability to customize car geometries with the same variance field coordinates from the different environments, ask what I mean, including environment mood changes with custom textures editable settings, like signs. I would pay 60 dollars for it, maybe 100..

 You threw an old game away.

Aw, when I see "MODES", that could mean, basic, normal, extreme.

A bigger tree.. just a game updated.. Really like the video of Valley, and Canyon, well I already sent an email.. waiting for a reply yet.

Great news. I played it a bit and liked it.

One issue that stands out for me (don't know if others have it too) is that the car looks too shiny (I played the German car). This goes also for the dirt on the car. It is so that the car gets brown but stays as shiny as if there is no dirt.

Don't know if others have this too.

I am playing on highest everything and latest nvidia drivers. I can post more specs if needed and it turns out to be something just on my end.

I like this approach a lot. It's much smarter than what I had predicted would happen. I hope this works out well enough to keep in place post-release.

Kadaz, most of the features you are suggesting do not belong in trackmania. You mentioned having less time-based approach and other things, but that's not what tm is about. To get the gameplay experience you described, you'd be better off looking up nitronic rush or motorstorm.

Ok guys, thats it, you think that in the overall conscientious of having a game that means you can compete with online gaming with the aspect on winning planets, winning gold, and spending hours of hours online, what a sad way of spending your life. I play games, generally to edit tracks to have fun because its an mind encouragement, sure the extras are nice, yet when you sight through the focus element of the game, its the interaction, not so much, look how high up the ladder Iam, sure that guy that has no life, and is a computer geek and all he does is train train train hard, and get the itch from sitting in his chair for so long, like seriously, a game is meant for like maybe a few hours of play each day and then go live your lives, for goodness sake. I pity the women of these players that go muck on this.

Look no offense tather/hylis, thats all game for adding in featureness of thing, yet the focus needs to be when your wheels hit the pavement and your driving, just where in the world are you going? fun, entertainment, or break wresting turn maneuvers from exerting extreme pressure for shaving off that .01 of a second, all the while stoned out or having a girl suckle you for being a highlighted compo edge. Oh sad.. Sometimes I wonder, whats more ignorant, the world we live in or the ones we create for ourselves.

:D How can you tell I really like this game.. I'm still here.

Dude, there is of course the standard mode for those that like that edge out moments, like living for hitting the tracks hard, drag racers, and extreme of razor edgeness blunts. The most creative thing about this game, is US the fact that is a global presentation of racing. We have all added to it, from it being a online community, to personal matches in game. Our track-making abilities, is slow at best, instead of like releasing hundreds of thousands of tracks just on a few showcase breaknecks of turns. How about making the style work.. take a month to release it, make it a full experience, not so much the MT stuff. Man, can we remember to calculate those corners for TM2, half of them are not even proper cornerings for the style that is used, you know what I mean. How about upgrading those turns instead of the boundaries of bouncing off each buttnutt of a turn. Then that will show some sport, or damn, 50th time I tried that track, I got the restart spawn programmed in my head, and if you been playing for years, just freaking annoying. To this point, if I'm not enjoying it IN-GAME, there's no point of playing, no matter the interaction OUT-SIDE of it. And look to example, I speak up and I get knocked down for speaking sense, and now that your all coming around, you listen to me.

We know we very much like the editing part of it, and adding custom blocks makes it fun, so what the game leaning towards, us all doing our homework, we all become game designers and we make the game? I would rather have a small group of programmers, etc and pay 60 dollars for them to snap up a game and make it work than, ok now I got to learn scripting or I don't get the options, or I got to learn 3d modeling, I so love this game.. Its like guys, thats all cool, go work for a company that pays well for it, or have a depo warehouse of new block models that get ratings and nadeo adds updates in the game menu, add block pack, checkbox, and from server's it automatically downloads.. and like that, we got a game going.. Man I don't want to see the backdoors that open up with the scripting language implementations. Thats a far out gone out the window, never to return, invalid expressions, crashes everywhere.
