I think I downloaded one once and the bike would lean in while cornering. The head movement was reversed and applied to the whole bike somehow. Of course it still handled like a car so it kind of worked but not really. A bike with bike physics would be fun as either a new environment or an addon to existing ones.
I still think Nadeo could create a few new vehicles, each with unique physics, that could be used in existing TM² environments and loaded in the same way time of day moods are. A unique vehicle with unique physics in Canyon for example would allow for a totally new way of using existing blocks to build tracks. It would be like having multiple environments in one.
