Does it? Do you have any source on Nexway royalties? Also, you have to also take into account Ubisoft. They might also take a percentage.

You somehow missed the part where Steam provides unlimited re-downloads of every game you own, every demo you want to try, keeps your progress (cloud services), offers matchmaking functionality free of charge, and hosts thousands of huge mods for moddable games. Plus dealing with the fallout from stolen credit cards used to purchase stuff, responding to hundreds of thousand support requests every month, hosting discussion forums and community groups for each game, achievements etc.

But yes, because of NADEO's decisions, for ManiaPlanet, Steam "just" provides the ManiaPlanet "download"... *facepalm*


Are you guys even aware that Lagoon was first added as a separate game for Ubisoft's uPlay platform, and that we had to wait for it to come to MP for 15 months?

Did you notice all those situations where you are asked to provide validaton codes and whatnot, whereas if this was just a Steam game, account handling would be running in the background and you wouldn't have to enter a single code anywhere?

Why are items made with the importer usually 3 files?
*.Item.Gbx
*.Mesh.Gbx
*.Shape.Gbx

And items made with Mesh Modeler are only 1 file?

This is a choice we made to abandon the 3-files items for a new 1-file system; the importer still imports items "the old way" but eventually it will build 1-file items too.

if you do that, give us a way to make custom shapes
example shape has more faces as mesh, so save up some kB for embedding
atm we can convert item twice and use old .shape.gbx and make "custom" hitbox/shape
sth like blocknamexxx_Lod0

_shape_xxx

_socket_xxx

Hello,
yesterday I wanted to buy a skin on a manialink.
When I clicked the skin maniaplanet asked me to enter the validation-code.
The problem is: I have lost my validation-code. :? What can I do?
