Its like we all eat, drink, sleep with TM, fun game and all, yet comon' just f-off. Its not how huge the company gets, hires a group of 100+ workers or release a new game per week or have 50 new game ideas on the table and your always playing scrabble. Make it one game, United was great, really good, enough for me. So what.. a new graphic engine, import it in, update the exe, combine what the players got started, mixed cars/env and adding all the blocks in, uniting the rest. Thats what we want. Follow the movement. Afterwards, add in all the extra features, a new car editor, snow, like to icy, slick roads, or in valley, mud show, or different stages of outside environments that can be applied to the track inside the environment. This is to broaden the experience and share, so AWESOME.

 Well got to go, enjoy driving.

PS.. your spending all the time making new environments, when the base was already started, just had to tweak it, update the graphics code and maybe even make completely a new game, like seriously fix storm-mania, whoever naked that one.

PEW PEW...

At least it was better than spending 10 dollars on TM2, what a cope out, when I would of waited and spent $50.00

Yet, I got to say, whoever came up with Stormmania game directives, was a great idea, Iam following the concept and the player user ability. But that is set aside from the sounds and character movements, humping, ready for battle, and the pull-ups for TM2, a start copy from Stormmania, and tires from Canyon, oh how sadly not original.

Like in the first post, I really liked the standout glare of RED - YELLOW - GREEN start lights and the nice soft reflective lighting glow in TM2.. is there any way to fix this with a sharper contrast, a more realistic streamline?

:roflol: :thx:

Kadaz, your post was so long that i didn't bother reading it. ;) i don't understand what your argument is for. It seems like your just bashing the game because it isn't your perfect idea of a racing game, or you just can't be bothered getting any good at it. What are you complaining about? Is it the price point? I don't get it. But it seems to me that you are trolling and being abusive, and nobody wants that, so why not take it somewhere else. Preferably not on this forum. Also that p.s. was three times as long as the post body... Lol okay i just went and actually read your post... So essentially you dislike having to create tracks, skins, game modes... You want that to be done for you. Well, you are playing the wrong game. These things are fundamental. In check out nitronic rush, that game is more in line with your tastes

Speaking of oh haha's

If Nadeo fixed United so all the blocks would be able to attach, level all base fields,
allow us to have env/car for a menu selection and add an copy and paste im/export,
with an allowable custom-able grid size, and also a vote on the so needed handbrake!

Plus headlights on Stadium with United, and//.. car neons :P

It would be called United Supreme, Extreme, or whatever you would call it, SOLD $30.00

Or continue on and I would settle for a compatible Nadeo EXE for United that would open
TMUNLIMITER tracks. Plus a rebuilt Stadium Nadeo EXE too to open TMUNLIMTER tracks.

8-) The United exe would include headlights for Stadium too...

And I would delete all my related forum posts, and call it charity, what you think?

Open Beta.

Open Beta.
Or they could just port TMUF on Maniaplanet with it's pretty graphics and features, Update the car models and skins to be high quality, rework on the TMUF textures to be HD, fix some bugs, add damage models, maybe a few new blocks, package all of the TMUF envis in one (Solo Campain separated with each environments on every cup like TMUF) and call it Trackmania ² United, which could be the same price of TM2 Stadium, and maybe even being free for the ones who own TMUF

I would easy pay $30 for that, $15 for previous TMUF's and wait a year or two and have the rest of them come out TM United 3 with a free stadium, which would be well worth $60.00 then.

Jojo_44 wrote:What happened to view 2 ? Completly different to the old one (too flat). That´s bad the rest looks fine
^ This i agree on. My first reaction was that i was too far back of the car loosing some "Contact" with the car.

Others who use cam/view 2 when driving thoughts on this?

I would really appreciate a change of this more closer to the car and above like in TMF.

Also, how much "beta" is the game? There are no HD-textures correct? This as i see in my Canyon-folder that there are specific HD-folders and these are missing in the stadium part...?

In else, great work Nadeo getting the new stadium out so quickly after all.

Thanks,

If I recall it correctly, they dropped the HD vs SD choice and made it all HD since ShootMania beta (but I'm not sure about that) ;)
