Fixes for the new widget style has been made.
Dang, it's getting complex to do this changes, but anyway thanks for feedback fixes has been done.

Problem was on rounds gamemode, where local records is opposite direction, thus the titlebar wasn't. FIXED.
Also rounds mode had problem with bestCheckpoints widget. It did reset every round. FIXED.

Rolling an update for nighty:

fixes obstacle local records
new widget: PlainLocalRecords, which works with obstacle local records, the widget is very plain, shows only top records.
