The block folder #8 got a new icon (seems a booster in tunnel? ). Also a new icon for macroblock (a tree), and the picture was made by PapyChampy (look at the name in the top right).
So this picture was taken from the new update for TM² & MP2.0 Hoping is coming very soon
Anyway, also looking other new screenshots, I don't notice new blocks.

seems that this Track will be D-03 nice find hehe

The block folder you mentioned IS new^^ It seems like two small roads in a tunnel

I'm getting really excited about this update!

I took a closer look at that block folder and the icon looks like a tunnel with twin thin roads going parallel to each other. I am not sure the uses of a piece like that and i would much rather have a GP tunnel.

Is it just me, or does it look like the yellow booster to the left doesnt have this metal construction thing above it?

No, there's the "metal construction thing" over (you can see a bit of red), it's only covered by a road.
