Actually it is the exact same physics. But, as it already happened in the past, the car isn't dropped from the exact same point at start thus PF are broken. Moreover, the body of the car is slightly higher to avoid some of the landing bugs but it doesn't change anything in most of the tracks.

Hmmz.. you could be right , but then again also maybe wrong :p (to me at least the car feels 'heavier')

But you made a good point there, it happened in the past yes, but that was before the advanced track making (blockmix, tmunlimiter, rpg, etc ..), But I'm sure the mappers will find a new way of (re)creating tracks.. they always do

I notice the car is a bit slower - so maybe you are right, the car is a bit heavier and some other minor changes

and here is my plus and minus of stadium 2 - happy reading

Lets start with Plus
+ graphic is amazing (eye candy)
+ new cool sound
+ new campaign (65 new thrilling tracks)(official)
+ more players
+ new faster servers
+ new fresh value (Planets)
+ car has slower acceleration
+ get all old stadium maps including united campaign maps for free or almost* (*= You need 5 stations)
+ new easyer map editor with slowmotion and stuff..
+ you can make script (maybe hang man)
+ some minor bug fix
+ create macro block
+ new blocks at release (what i have heard)
+ discover new tmx at MX = http://mania-exchange.com/ )
+ fresh start in stadium (2)
+ very cheap, 10 euro = (1 or 2 dinners)
+ its also free* - so try it before you buy it
+ low end pc can run it

And now some minus..
- old px tracks are impossible to recreate
- AT - "Author Time" unbeatable on previous stadium campaign
-+ still alot of minor bugs in editor -nadeo working on it (y)
- bugs still exist

I had a great deal of fun with stadium sence i discover it late 2008
I have build about 2000 maps or more.
I hate the bugs in stadium and hope they would have fixed those in stadium2, but i guess players like those darn bugs :/
and with out them, some of my tracks are unfinish able

And Team Nadeo should be proud of there work - you have give me and other much joy true the years ^^
