It's because of the height of ducks, with the triangle. In fact, that was just to sort the ducks by height.

Duck 10 is the smaller. Duck 8 the bigger.

On the podium : yellow was A so was 10 ... Brown was E, so 8.
(10*8)+8 = 88.

if you google the numbers (the order from left to right)

128410 you will see a coin with a symbol from the nazis ... nazinumber = 88
