there are so many talented translators around... was anyone asked?
It has been very quiet regarding localization since ShootMania release.

well, at least the half is english and not german. That mistake is made quite often regarding the dutch.
We rather see english than german.

edit: the translation to dutch of tmn/tmnf/tmu/tmuf was bad in so many ways most dutch install it in english anyways

no they don't

Mania (the obvious part) is too big, the gametype is obvious due to colourcode and therefor could be smaller. The environment name is important and that's the smallest thing of the logo (beside the mini icon on the bottomwhite)

Yep, "the world" thinks we either speak german or danish (Danish is what most americans think we speak or atleast understand)

If I have the option to select a language I always take english. I don't understand dutch when it comes to computers and or games. I also have difficulties with automatic redirections when visiting websites. I expect all websites to be in english tbh.
