The full version of TM2, or TM2 Canyon (as it appears to be called now) will be the first game sold. You'll pay using whatever payment methods they offer. Credit card, Paypal etc.

Some people probably did, I personally didn't, I downloaded the free TMF update and purchased a boxed copy. Depending on how Nadeo distribute the game online, I'll be using Paypal of course, assuming that their online distributors offer this payment.

Anyway, payment methods isn't an important subject nor is it something to worry about. Back on topic thanks.
