Activate/desactivate Damage?

Re: Activate/desactivate Damage?
I don't see a problem with the visual damage for racing/pf/stunt, because the car is still running and that's what it needs to. I think this will bring TM crash videos to a total new level.
Re: Activate/desactivate Damage?
If you are disqualified from the race after X amount of damage, then tracks where the car could quickly gain a lot of damage due to the crashiness of the stunts performed wouldn't be possible.
Maybe I misunderstood what was suggested earlier in this thread.

Re: Activate/desactivate Damage?
Yea, we talked about that apparently (from what is written in pcjeux.fr) it is possible to set a restriction regarding the damage.
So, when making a track, one can set a minimum or maximum percentage of damage needed to be able to finish.
But that doesn't mean that is has to be set.
Plus that the source is not really trustworthy, it is a magazine that wrote it, no official statement of Nadeo on this matter.

Either way, this looks pretty cool. I'm already drooling over TM2 and the beta isn't even out yet

I think JV.fr made a writing error.Trackmaniack wrote:And, by maximum, you mean minimum, right?Knutselmaaster wrote:Found it:
In English:jeuxvideo.fr wrote:Enfin, dans certaines épreuves, il sera demandé aux joueurs de terminer la course avec un maximum de - voire aucun - dégâts.
"In some challenges, players will have to finish the track with a maximum of damage, or even no damage at all."

They wrote this too fast, because they were exited.
If we can win by having the most damages, I think I will get good at TM.

Whatever. Just wait and be surprised
