When a player joins the server, there is a big general freeze (1~2 seconds).

I'd like to have more info about this one, as it doesn't seem easy to reproduce:
* when you say freeze, you mean that everything freezes and you can't even turn the head one inch?
* in which mode does it happen?
* does it happen every time some one connect? or just the first few times? or just randomly?
* does it depend on which server you connect to?
* and I'd also like to have a log from a client which has the freezes.

I tried bumping my connectionrate_upload down to 8192 (I'd accidentally set it to 81920) to see if I didn't start seeing lags, but when I restarted the server, I got the message that my version is no longer supported by the master server.

Weirded out, I launched the game client and saw a new update (1.2e) being pushed today. Do you have a matching server available yet?

EDIT: Probably not the right place for this either, but the release notes on 1.2e were the ones for 1.2d -- where should that get reported?

EDIT 2: ManiaPlanet itself seems to be the only thing that got updated. Why would the dedicated server require an update if that is the case?

When will donation be working and when will the ALT key unbindet?

I did not know donations were broken, I even did one on a server recently. So can you be more specific?

AS for the alt menu, a first step was made with this version:
THe mode script can now display what it wants in the alt menu (score table or any manialink or nothing.)
What is missing is the ability to do this from the xml-rpc plug in. So for now you'd have to tweak the mode script itself to make some room.

It's a game freeze, everything freezes, can't turn head. It happen in elite randomly when some one connect but the freeze time is various (1 seconds min, 3-4 max).
It happen only on server on version 1.2d or 1.2e (not in 1.2c).

I can confirm that. I had to update both our TM2 servers that were running the 13-08 version, because they were no longer visible for anyone.
But sometimes those things happen after all its still Beta

custom music working on trackmania?

humm, can you be more specific?
I know there's a bug of the music stopping at map start mostly in shootmania, but I think that's not what you're talking about?

after one of the last updates its not possible to have custom music anymore in trackmania. So I was wondering if it was fixed, was it?
