Forget it ... it's been two months that make me wait, I created and recreated full of campaign and they never validates, their system is completly crazy ...

Yes and I see "Ad details" and not "Campaign details". So your ad is the ad folder and not in the campaign folder and we only validate campaigns.
You forget to click on the "check out" button of the creation campaigns system.
